A mental health resource for young people at risk
Welcome to RightByYou – a website to support you and your friends.
RightByYou is here to help you notice when a friend might be having a hard time.
This could be with their mental health or if they’re having thoughts of suicide.
We talk about ways to support your friend and steps you can take to help keep them safe.
Sometimes young people say more about their feelings online than in person.
If you see a post or message where someone says they feel really sad or want to end their life, it can be scary. You don’t have to deal with this on your own.
You can’t control what someone else does, but checking in on them and really listening can still help a lot.
